Order Confirmation
On placing an order you will receive confirmation via email.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with any items sent to you, please feel free to return it to Alkina within 7 days of receipt.  Alkina will then offer a full refund or exchange to a preferred item. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us as Alkina can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Alkina will reimburse you for the postage if the item(s) we sent you if it was not what you ordered, or if the item(s) is flawed. If you have simply changed your mind we are unable to refund your return postage.

Damaged Items
In the case of items being found faulty after 7 days it will be at Alkina’s  discretion as to whether or not a replacement will be issued. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).

Payment Terms
You can pay by credit, debit card or cheque. Payment will be taken in GB Pounds (£)
Cheques must be paid payable to ‘Alkina ‘ and sent to the following address. 57 Iffley Road  London W6 0PB. In the case of payment by cheque, goods will be sent out once cheque has been cleared.
